Jonathan is the co-founder of BioLite, a manufacturer of efficient wood stoves for camping. Its flagship product, the CampStove, is a highly portable and efficient wood burning stove that doesn’t emit smoke and will even convert waste heat to electricity to charge appliances. The company has also created the HomeStove, another cooking appliance designed to provide the inhabitants of developing countries with a sustainable, smokeless and less expensive solution to their needs.

Cedar graduated from Dartmouth College in 2003, having majored in engineering modified with environmental science.
