As the Head of Strategic Planning and Agency Development at Google, Abigail established and leads the strategic planning team inside Google Agency Sales. This group helps creative agencies and marketers develop highly strategic and creative ideas for the digital space. She also created the "culture of insights" program and toolkit for Google employees and key marketers. Humanizing Digital is another project she created at google. It is an industry-first thought leadership series based on anthropological research on human beings' deep, emotional relationships with digital. It provides advertisers and agencies insights to better develop digitally-based marketing and communication ideas.

Before working at Google, Abigail was the strategy director for ad agencies Publicis and DDB. There, she led strategic efforts for global clients such as L'Oreal, Nestle, Coca Cola, Pepsi, and Cotton Inc.
